BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED ARTIFACTS

Three Neolithic Stone Arrowheads

These arrowheads were found in the Sahara Desert and are somewhere around 6000 years old

They were probably bound onto arrow shafts with a twine that had been dipped in poison. The barbs on the arrowheads would have held into the victim's flesh, and the poison would have slowly entered the animal's body. The hunters would have tracked the animal until it was affected by the poison and became easy prey

These arrowheads are mounted in three small slots in the base of an open display frame so they can be freely handled

As wilth all Artifacta artifacts, the authenticity of these arrowheads is unreservedly guaranteed
